CONSENT TO USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

To: AND The Company Financetavoiture.com

AND TO The Financing Sources (each a “Financing Source” to which the merchant sends on my behalf and through the financial planning application currently hosted at: www.financetavoiture.com (the “Portal”), a request for financing of a real or potential lease or purchase contract for a motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, motorcycle, watercraft, boat or any other asset as agreed between the parties;

AND To Any Accessory Supplier (“Supplier”) to whom the Merchant sends, on my behalf, an order for an accessory part via the portal or directly via the Finance Ta Voiture Internet network (“Accessory Network”);

Any Issuer of a credit, debit or prepaid card (“Issuer”) to whom the Merchant requests the issuance of a card in my name via the Portal.

1. In this Agreement

(a) the words “I”, “me” and “my” mean the undersigned Applicant and, if applicable, each undersigned Co-Applicant, jointly and severally; the words “you” and “your” mean the Dealers, Merchants, Funding Source, Supplier and Issuer, their affiliates, successors and assigns, as well as the Service Providers participating in a Transaction (the “Service Providers”).

(b) “use” or “utilize” means the collection, copying, storing, updating, communicating, transferring, disclosing and accessing Personal Information (as defined below) in connection with this Agreement,

(c) “Personal Information” means my identifying information, including my name; address; telephone number (including cell phone); email address; date of birth; social insurance number; driver’s license number; mother’s maiden name; employment history; income; automobile insurance information, including type of coverage and claims; my credit information, including my credit score, information obtained from a credit reporting agency or during a credit investigation, a financial institution, or another person or entity, including any Personal Information I have provided in an application for financing.

(d) “Transaction” means a request for financing, tendering, purchase, lease, credit or card, or repair of a motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, motorcycle, watercraft or other asset, made by or for me, on my behalf or on behalf of a third party.
or an entity, through the Portal, the Accessories Network or the services provided by the Portal or the Accessories Network.

2. I certify that all information I provide in any credit application, card application or other document issued in connection with a Transaction is true, accurate and complete in all respects.

3. I CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, DISCLOSURE AND USE BY YOU OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF INITIATING, PROCESSING OR CONFIRMING A TRANSACTION I REQUEST AND FOR OTHER REASONABLE RELATED PURPOSES, including:

(a) for legal, regulatory, audit, risk assessment, processing and security purposes (including fraud prevention);

(b) for purposes permitted by Canadian laws or required by Canadian or foreign laws;

(d) to occasionally inquire about my credit rating and insurance history in connection with a Transaction;

(e) to disclose my Personal Information to a credit reporting agency or bureau, automobile insurer, asset insurer or information aggregator for such insurer or Financing Source in connection with the consideration or approval of a Transaction; and

(f) to share my Personal Information (including my mobile phone number and personal email address) with certain Service Providers to verify my identity in connection with the consideration or approval of a Transaction.

4. Acceptance of the Privacy Policy

I agree that my Personal Information, including financial information relating to a Transaction, may be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Company Financetavoiture.com and I agree that my Personal Information may be saved and collected by Financetavoiture.com

I understand that changes may be made to the Privacy Policy at any time and that it is my responsibility to regularly review the Privacy Policy.

I understand that I may send an email to info@financetavoiture.com to: (1) request to review and update my personal information maintained by Financetavoiture.com; and

(2) to cease the use of my personal information, provided that I acknowledge that such withdrawal of consent may prevent the completion of the transaction or the provision of services.

5. Marketing offers

I consent to financetavoiture.com disclosing my personal information to third parties, including credit institutions and insurance brokers, so that these third parties can provide me with information about financial products or services that may be of interest to me (the "Third Party Offerings"). I agree that once my Personal Information is disclosed to these Third Parties, it will be treated in accordance with the respective privacy policy of each of these third parties. I also agree that Financetavoiture.com does not exercise any control over or assume any liability with respect to Third Party Offerings or any loss that I may incur as a result of my use of such Third Party Offerings. I would like to receive news, updates, promotions and offers from Financetavoiture.com and any other company owned by Financetavoiture.com, as well as Third Parties, about financial products or services that may be of interest to me. I understand that I can withdraw my consent from any of these Third Parties at any time.

6. Automated decision

I also acknowledge that a Funding Source may use automated technological tools to review a Transaction, including tools to process my information that allow the Funding Source to make a credit decision about me in real time. I understand that I can obtain additional information about these automated processes at any time by contacting the Funding Source.
